Placing images on your page
Freeway makes placing images on your page very easy. If you work with code you would need to get your image into an image processing application like PhotoShop, size it to what you want and then save it in the format you require with an appropriate file name, i.e with no spaces in it and with a suffix like JPG, PNG or GIF. freeway does all this for you.
You can also import any image into Freeway, high resolution TIFs or JPEG straight from your camera, Illustrator files, videos etc and Freeway will convert them for you. Freeway also has a very good compression engine which produced high quality images. See the JPEG and GIF paper in the download section.
Freeway is also good if you are not surte of the size or format of your image because you can change the output format at anytime.
Freeway also adds ALT text to your images which is useful for search engines and helps a variety of browsers to work with your files.
